The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project need not comply with the requirements of the State’s Design Manual for quantity control.

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 1.04acres and is located northwest at the intersection of 27th Street and Remington Avenue The project will consist of multiuse four story (ground level and above) building containing 139 apartment, 12,650 square feet of retail, and 181 garage parking spaces below grade. There are four on-site parking spaces.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide water quality controls to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.06 ac of this project.

The Applicant will satisfy the remaining water quality controls for this project by providing a best management practice facility for 0.420 ac of this project.
