Proposed Regulations: Customer Service and Support for Water, Wastewater, and Storm Water Billing

Thank you for reviewing and commenting on the Department of Public Works draft regulations for the Water4All water discount program, which was established under the Water Accountability and Equity Act. This water billing assistance program will provide a discount for customers whose income may qualify them to participate in the program.
July 17, 2021, was the last day for accepting public comments. A summary report is being prepared and will be posted on this website page once it is ready for release.

Residents interested in seeing if their household may qualify for Water4all should also visit the Water4All Web Page to complete the online Expression of Interest form or call (410) 396-9500 to request a paper copy of the form.
