| Project Description: | The project has an approximate area of 1.87 acres, is located in the vicinity of Falls Road, West 36th Street, Roland Avenue, Elm Avenue, Chestnut Avenue, Keswick Road, and Beech Avenue, - all streets located within the Hampden Area & vicinity neighborhoods. The project will consist of the rehabilitation and replacement of various water mains. In addition to the installation of new water main piping, construction work will also involve the installation of new valves, fittings, and the replacement/reconnection of existing water service lines. The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that 1.87 acres of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 1.87 acres of this project.
