The project has an approximate area of 1.71 acres and is located at the southern corner of the Reisterstown Road Plaza, which is located at the southwest of the intersection of Reisterstown Road and Patterson Ave. The project will consist of proposed 5,223 sq ft. Auto Spa Express Car Wash. The site will consist of associated amenities such as vacuum spaces, parking areas and landscaped areas. 

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide water quality controls to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.49 ac of this project.
