| Project Description: | The project has an approximate area of 2.74 acres and is located south of Lenton Ave at the intersection of Marjorie Lane and Lenton. Ave. The project will consist of the proposed site improvements and building renovations aimed to enhance infrastructure resilience and accessibility while addressing existing drainage challenges. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide seven micro-bioretentions to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 1.13 ac of this project.
