| Project Description: | The project has an approximate area of 1.88 acres and is located north and east at the intersection of Homer Avenue and Virginia Avenue. The project will consist of 17 single-family houses. The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.15 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.15 ac of this project. The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.32 ac of this project.
