Application for Redevelopment Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

| Project Description: | The project has an approximate area of 0.33 acres and located in Patterson Park to the west of the public swimming. The project involves renovating the wading pool and the surrounding pool deck, including the necessary utilities. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.14 acres of this project.
