The project has an approximate area of 0.285 acres and is located south of the intersection of South Hanover Street and Jeffrey Streets. The project will consist of a single-story Learning Center. 

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.07 ac of this project.

AND

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative waiver in accordance with §23-2(3.) will satisfy the remaining water quality controls for this redevelopment project by payment of a fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.13 ac of this project
