Project Description: | The project has an approximate area of 0.77 acres and is located southwest at the intersection of Eastern Ave and Imla St.. The project will consist of a single-story commercial building with associated parking. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide water quality controls and impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.32 ac of this project.
