DPW Customer Walk-In Center Hours Return to 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

On Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2019, DPW's Customer Support and Services  walk-in center's hours of operation will return to 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., ending the extended hours that had been place since the May ransomware attack.

The Customer Support and Services walk-in center is located at  200 Holliday St., Room 8.  Customers can continue to reach the DPW Customer Services call-in center from 7:00 a.m. to 7 p.m. at (410) 396-5398. 

The City’s Bureau of Revenue accepts in-person water bill payments from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Monday-Friday) at the Abel Wolman Municipal Building, 200 Holliday St, and customers can pay bills online at https://cityservices.baltimorecity.gov/paysys/

Water billing for Baltimore City and Baltimore County customers resumed on August 7, 2019, marking an end to the disruption caused by a ransomware attack that began May 6. Customers received  bills that cover water/sewer/storm water charges for April, May, June, and July in Baltimore City, and water charges for Baltimore County.
