Water and Sewer Adjustment Request Form
This form is not a guarantee that a credit will be applied to your water bill. You will be notified by phone or letter if the request cannot be granted or if additional information is needed.
Customers will only be granted one underground leak adjustment at a property every two years, and only one interior/situational usage adjustment at a property every three years.
If approved, the adjustment will appear on the customer’s bill approximately 4 weeks after the request was received.
