Application for Qualitative Control Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 6.0 acres, and is located on the following Roads, and miscellaneous intersections thereof:  N. & S. Rock Glen Rd., Brabant Rd., Kingston Rd., North Bend Rd., Mardrew Rd., Mallow Hill Rd., Malbrook Rd., Stonecroft Rd., Stamford Rd., Greenwich Ave., Brookwood Rd., Winans Way, Edmonson Ave., Hunting Place, Glen Allen Dr.,  N. & S. Wickham Rd., Pen Lucy Rd., N. Athol Ave., Mountview Rd., Hillvale Rd., Manorview Rd., Hillshire Rd., and Davis Ave.  The project will consist of water main replacement, cleaning and lining of existing water mains in the subject areas, and the replacement of some water house connections from the street to the meter only.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 6.0 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control for 6.0 ac of this project.
