Application for Redevelopment Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area 0.25 acres and is located north at the intersection of Jefferson Street and Castle Street.  The project will consist of 12 apartment units in three stories with 11 off-street parking spaces.

The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.26 ac of this project.
