The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review comments on this project’s application for quantitative and qualitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.46 acres, and is located southeast of the intersection at Stuart Avenue and Taney Road. The project will consist of a single family house to be constructed at 6122 Stuart Avenue and a recently constructed sign-family house at 6120 Stuart Avenue.

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quantity control for 0.12 acres of this project is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quantity controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.12 acres of this project.

AND

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.12 acres of this project.
