Application for Redevelopment Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project is located on a 2.64 acre property that lies to the southwest of the Fulton Ave / Pennsylvania Ave intersection. The 0.25 ac project will consist of an approximately 4,900 square-foot single story addition to the rear of the building. 

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code.  The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver.  The project will satisfy all of the water quality requirements by installing a BayFilter™ system and underground storage to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.25 ac of this project.
