Application for Qualitative Control Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 3.79 acres and is located in the Carrollton Ridge Neighborhood and is bounded by the following intersections: Pratt Street, Frederick Avenue, and S. Bentalou Street, Frederick Avenue and Fulton Avenue, Ashton St. and S. Bentalou Street, S. Catherine Street and Ashton Street, S. Catherine Street and Wilkens Avenue, S. Bentalou Street and Eagle Street, and S. Pulaski Street and Eagle Street. The project will consist of cleaning and lining and replacement of water mains.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 3.79 AC of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 3.79 AC of this project.
