The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 41.86 acres and is located along W. Baltimore St, S. Warwick Ave, Becks Ln, S. Calverton Rd, Booth St, S. Smallwood St, S. Payson St, S. Pulaski St, Hollins St, Frederick Ave, Boyd St, Lemmon St, and W. Lombard St. The project will consist of BGE gas main replacement and service upgrade. 

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.54 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.54 ac of this project.
