Application for Qualitative Control Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 2.89 acres and is located at the intersection Pioneer Drive Vicinity: Intersection of Woodbourne Avenue and Pioneer Avenue, Poole Street Vicinity: Intersection of West 36th Street and Falls Road. Dillon Street Vicinity: Intersection of South Conkling Street and Dillon Street Fairview Avenue Vicinity: Intersection of Fairview Avenue and West Forest Drive, Clipper Mill Road Vicinity: Intersection Rockrose Avenue and Clipper Mill Road. The project will consist of cleaning and lining and rehabilitation of water mains.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 2.89 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 2.89 ac of this project.
