The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 25.77 acres and is located along the Chinquapin Run from Walker Avenue at the north to the confluence of Chinquapin Run and Herring Run at the south. The project will consist of stream stabilization of the Chinquapin Run and upsizing of the sanitary sewer interceptor flanking/crossing the stream.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 25.77 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 25.77 ac of this project.
