Application for Qualitative Control Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.95 acres and is located northwest at the intersection of Liberty Heights Avenue and Reisterstown Road. The project will consist of a 70-unit multi-family detached dwelling with underground parking. 

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.436 ac of the project will provide qualitative controls.  The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable for 0.203 ac of the project. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this portion of the project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for approximately 0.203 ac of this project.
