Application for Redevelopment Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.21 acres and is located at the intersection of S Clinton St. and Harry Way. The project will consist of a six unit townhouse development. 

The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.07 ac of this project.
