Learn to Manage Your Water Bill Account Online, April 1

Baltimore has a new water billing service that includes major improvements in billing and data access through the new Customer Self Service web protal. The portal allows water customers in Baltimore City to access, manage, and pay their water bill accounts online.
DPW is offering a series of training sessions to help our water customers navigate the new Customer Self Service web portal. Training sessions will be held at the following branches of the Enoch Pratt Free Library:
Saturday, March 11- Cherry Hill Branch, 606 Cherry Hill Road (Cancelled due to weather.)
Saturday, April 1 - Orleans Branch, 1303 Orleans Street
Saturday, May 6 - Govans Branch, 5714 Bellona Avenue
Saturday, June 3 - Brooklyn Branch, 300 E. Patapsco Avenue
Saturday, July 22 - South East Anchor, 3601 Eastern Avenue

Note: Customers will need the activation code they received in the mail to log in for the first time. To obtain a code send an email request to dpw.billing@baltimorecity.gov.
