The Office of Boards and Commissions
The Office of Boards and Commissions (OBC) is responsible for prequalifying all construction-related contractors and design consultants seeking to perform services of $50,000 or greater on Baltimore City contracts.
In order to become prequalified, consultants and contractors must submit completed applications which are reviewed by OBC to ensure the applicants have the technical capability and financial capacity to perform satisfactory work for the City.
